Jake Humphrey witnessed determination, triumph and glory during his time as a sports presenter for the BBC and BT Sport and has a winning formula of his own to help any individual or company unlock their full potential. His High Performance Podcast, co-presented with Professor Damian Hughes has proved to be a popular vehicle for developing this formaula.

During his career, Jake had a front row seat as a presenter and commentator covering cricket, Formula 1 and the Olympics.
