Nick Bostrom

Biography

Nick Bostrom is a leading voice cautioning in the rapid-pace development of artificial intelligence and the founding director of Oxford’s Future of Humanity Institute and advisor to Cambridge’s Centre for the Study of Existential Risk. He’s a prolific writer with over 200 publications including “Superintelligence: Paths, Dangers, Strategies”, “Human Enhancement” and “Anthropic Bias: Observation Selection Effects in Science and Philosophy.” And his work is highly recommended by other STEM thinkers and entrepreneurs like Bill Gates and Elon Musk.
