Biography

Drawing on more than 30 years of knowledge in the motorsport industry there are few experts better placed to equip you and your company with the leadership skills required to stay on top of your game.

Guenther has worked alongside Formula One’s biggest brands, including Jaguar, Red Bull and Haas – headhunted by no less than Niki Lauder for the top role of Managing Director.

He was later snapped up by Red Bull Racing where their team’s results were boosted soon after he started.

And ever in demand, Guenther then switched to the Haas F1 team in the United States.

It was there his media and speaking career began to blossom with memorable appearances on global hit Netflix series Formula 1: Drive to Survive.

A book soon followed about his experiences called “Surviving to Drive: A year inside Formula 1”.

Guenther now shares his expertise with German TV channel RTL, as a specialist commentator.
