Biography

Shivvy Jervis is one of Europe’s few female, Asian Futurists combining tech (the synthetic brain) with neuroscience (our human potential). CNN call her “one of the most trusted voices in her space” and Forbes rate her a Top 6 Female Trailblazer.

Shivvy’s reach and impact is immense – 600+ talks on global stages, research that’s earned 25 awards – including Britain’s ‘Asian Women of Achievement’ – and over 270,000 people tracking her insights on social.

LinkedIn share their ‘audience absolutely loved her’, the World Economic Forum say ‘she has the unique ability to address complex topics in a meaningful way’ and Coca-Cola said “making her the centre of our event was the best decision”.

In her signature talk, Shivvy asks: what does a human-led AI future actually look like, and how do we get there? What are the most valuable skills, jobs and mindsets you’ll need? And fusing this with behavioural psychology, she shows you how to apply the science behind drive, stress or persuasion to create productive teams and ‘tapped in’ customers.

Drawing from her travels to over 42 countries where she explored behavioural psychology for over a decade, Shivvy has developed the NeuroLeader masterclass that helps teams apply actionable, science-backed techniques to do three things – raise motivation, cut stress and become world-class negotiators, so they can stay future-ready in an AI economy.

Shivvy has hosted live debate broadcasts, quizzed top leaders on stage and fronted a two-part Discovery Channel documentary. A former TV reporter with solid journalism roots, she’s been called on by the likes of The Times and the BBC to demystify the AI noise out there. Shivvy also previously created two successful streaming series that enjoyed a five-year run, shining a light on brilliant advances and the maverick minds behind them.

Shivvy’s unique POV comes from helping audiences grasp not just the latest tech or AI advances that need to be on their radar, but the science-backed, winning mindset we’ll need to secure our livelihoods and legacies. She works fluently across 20+ sectors, from telco to finance and retail.

Shivvy is an extremely experienced event chair and moderator, having hosted over 800 hours of interview-format programming and live events. She has run firesides and panels with the likes of the Global CEO of Accenture, the CIO at Citibank, the President of Moody’s, climate change leaders and David Cameron, former PM of Britain.

Recent highlights include headlining for 2,500 high-net-worth founders (Entrepreneurs’ Organization’s ‘Legendary’ summit) in Dublin, explaining the latest AI advances to 1,500 people at Siemens’s Partner Summit in Portugal, running a masterclass for Booking.com’s senior leadership team and applying consumer psychology for 3,000 media professionals (WPP’s NextM summit) in Stockholm.

Shivvy’s trademark warmth, subject matter knowledge and powerful stage presence make her one of Europe’s most booked female keynote speakers merging both innovation and psychology. She’s taken on big challenges from her original roots in India’s Silicon Valley (Bangalore) to always bring a real human touch for her audiences.
