Maria was a fantastic MC for our flagship UNDP Istanbul Development Dialogues conference. Curious, dynamic and a pleasure to work with!

I had the pleasure to meet Maria and it exceeded my expectations for her fantastic moderating skills during a high-level Forum on Sustainable Development that was co-organised by the United Nations and the government of Azerbaijan in Baku in October 2018. Maria was assertive in interacting with high-level delegates including her high respect for protocol and rightly putting subject matter for discussion in an easy to understand manner.

Whether Maria moderates a session with 4-5 participants or she holds one-on-one talks and discussions, she always keeps the debate alive, captures the attention of the audience as well as bringing joy to the Forum.

Maria did once again a fantastic job moderating the launch of UNDP-Atlantic Council joint report on refugees resilience. She has a unique ability to both raise the profile of the event to the highest standards while creating a warm atmosphere engaging panelists and presenters. Refugees issues are close to her heart, which is really key to keep the audience focused during and beyond the event!

Maria’s presentation, moderation and professional touch added a special element which contributed immensely to this important event. It was a pleasure to work with Maria.

I want to thank you Maria, for hosting the WTTC’s 22nd annual Global Summit. María Ramos was an outstanding Master of Ceremonies for the UN World Tourism Day 2023 global celebration in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This year’s celebrations of World Tourism Day were the biggest held so far: We welcomed more than 40 Ministers of Tourism, hundreds of delegates and hosted several high-level panels. At every stage of her participation, Ms. Ramos ensured the conversation flowed and remained on topic.
