Charlotte Richardson stands at the forefront of sports marketing and broadcasting, blending over a decade of experience with a passion that has shaped her illustrious career. As an award-winning professional, her expertise spans from grassroots initiatives to the pinnacle of professional sports, making her a highly sought-after speaker and presenter.

Charlotte graduated from King’s College London with a BA in English Literature (Hons). She furthered her education with a Post-Graduate Marketing Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and a Level 3 Management Diploma from the Institute of Leadership & Management. She is also a proud alumna of the Women’s Sports Leadership Academy. Her journey in sport began with a humble volunteering role at her local women’s team, laying the foundations for a career that would see her marketing football clubs and organisations across the football pyramid.

In recent years, Charlotte has ventured into sports broadcasting, marking a thrilling evolution in her career. Her broadcasting journey began at the BBC, starting at local radio level before progressing to report on the prime-time Saturday show Final Score and making regular appearances on 5Live. She broke new ground as TalkSport’s first female commentator at the Women’s World Cup and continues to be a regular voice across TalkSport and TalkSport 2, covering both the men’s football pyramid and the Women’s Super Leagues.

Charlotte also appears on ITV’s EFL highlights and hosts England Football’s In The Box podcast. She is the match-day voice of the pioneering London City Lionesses, bringing expertise, experience and energy to every home fixture.

She has worked across five major football tournaments and was part of TalkSport’s award-winning Paris Olympics coverage. Charlotte’s love of sport extends beyond football; as a regular contributor on Times Radio, she is a warm, trusted voice delivering accurate updates across a wide range of sporting disciplines.
