We’ve recently made two exciting signings in the financial sector.  Georgie Frost is a multi-award-winning UK Finance Broadcaster and Journalist, Radio and TV Presenter, Event Host and Moderator. Georgie is the host of the This is Money podcast on MailOnline and Editor-at-large for Times Money Mentor.

I love this story she recently told about meeting a viewer who recognised her after she’d appeared on TalkTV:

“A woman called me over to check that I was indeed me and asked if I would chat to her husband. He shook my hand and told me that my advice [not advice, I’m not qualified…yet!] on mortgages and swap rates this morning was “excellent, really excellent”.

How wonderful is that? I’m not sure of his assessment but I am touched he took the time to tell me he thought I was good. It’s a reminder for me to show my appreciation where I find great work and a reminder that people really are listening!
