We will draw up a contract with the speaker/host and take over all logistical arrangements for them. A 50 percent deposit will be required, with the balance paid, at the latest, two days before the event. Expenses will be agreed as part of the contract and a separate invoice for the expenses will be submitted immediately after the event. Communication is a vital part of the process. We listen carefully to your requirements at the start to ensure you are getting what you want and that everything is covered in the contract. We will then keep liaising between you and the speaker/host, arranging briefing calls and ensuring they are fully cognisant of what you will need on the day. We work seven days a week, outside normal office hours to ensure all queries are responded to swiftly and that all information has been passed on to the key recipient. After the event has finished, we will ensure that all loose ends are tied up, feedback provided and that by the end of the process you feel you have received excellent service and all your requirements have been met.
