Jordan Brompton is a purpose-driven entrepreneur, brand builder and commercial strategist with a global mindset and a deep passion for innovation and technology. As Co-Founder and CMO of myenergi, she helped scale the business from a six-person startup into a globally recognised force in eco-smart home energy tech, growing to a global team of more than 400 with operations across Europe, Australia and beyond.

Known for combining empathy with decisive vision, Jordan leads with emotional intelligence, intuition and a strong sense of common-sense thinking, qualities she believes are undervalued but essential to building resilient, high-performing teams. Her ability to inspire, connect and create value has earned her accolades including Great British Entrepreneur of the Year and EY Entrepreneur of the Year (North).

She’s not only a storyteller, she’s lived the story: from co-founding a tech company in a small Lincolnshire town to impacting energy-conscious homes worldwide.
