As ex-CEO of the award-winning marketing consultancy Bloom, Stephanie Melodia is ranked as one of the UK’s Most Influential Female Founders. Following the success of her business, Stephanie now serves as MBA faculty in Entrepreneurship and advises select private scale-up clients.

Prior to Bloom, Stephanie led marketing for Meitu, a Top 10 Global App Developer. She also enjoyed a thriving agency career, working on major brand accounts such as Coca-Cola and Dior, as well as startups and scale-ups like Cocowhite and Vestiaire Collective.

Today, Stephanie leverages her extensive experience to help ambitious founders scale their businesses, offering a unique perspective on the world of early-stage, high-growth enterprises and a refreshing approach to closing the gender gap in diversity and inclusion.
