Dr Lauren Ingram is a leading voice in AI and marketing, helping global brands and businesses thrive in times of change. 

Lauren has led global marketing programs at Meta and Amazon, and teaches a unique Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) framework to help brands stay visible in AI answers.

Lauren is passionate about improving AI literacy, and is the founder of Next Big Thing, a consultancy and community upskilling women in AI. In 2025 she was awarded an Honorary Doctorate from Arden University for her exceptional contributions to innovation and inclusion. She was also named in the InspiringFifty most influential women in tech 2024.

Lauren is a prominent AI and tech keynote speaker, having spoken on the TEDx stage, the University of Oxford and for companies including Google, Unilever, Microsoft and Chanel.
