Dr Lauren Ingram is a leading voice in AI and marketing, helping global brands and businesses thrive in times of change.
Lauren has led global marketing programs at Meta and Amazon, and teaches a unique Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) framework to help brands stay visible in AI answers.
Lauren is passionate about improving AI literacy, and is the founder of Next Big Thing, a consultancy and community upskilling women in AI. In 2025 she was awarded an Honorary Doctorate from Arden University for her exceptional contributions to innovation and inclusion.
