Kevin Sinfield thrived in the unrelenting pressure of English rugby, winning 26 caps for his country and a further 14 for Great Britain.

Kevin’s drive to succeed under the most intense sporting spotlight makes him an insightful keynote speaker on resilience, creating a winning mindset and learning how to outsmart the competition.

Kevin turns pressure and the weight of national expectation into winning results, currently as skills and kicking coach for the England National Team.

He’s lived most of his life in sport after making a first team debut for Leeds aged just 16 – and has simply shone ever since.

Kevin focused his entire professional career with Leeds and is one of the most successful players in Super League history.

It’s almost hard to keep up with the awards and sporting records he’s won, including the prestigious Golden Boot – one of only five British-based players to win the award.

Kevin also holds records as the highest points scorer in Super League history and the third-highest points scorer in British rugby league history and Leeds’s record points scorer.

And in an extraordinary display of compassion and physical strength, he ran seven marathons in seven days to raise £77,777 for former Leeds teammate Rob Burrow who was diagnosed with motor neurone disease – a feat which was documented by BBC Breakfast.

More incredible challenges and fundraisers followed and Kevin wrote about his life journey through sport in his autobiography titled The Extra Mile.

He was awarded the MBE, OBE and CBE for services to rugby and fundraising.

There is no one quite like Kevin and there are few better sportsmen to develop a competitive edge than him.

Many individuals and companies would agree they can learn a lot from a sportsman who has achieved so much.
