Frankie Bridge

Biography

Frankie Bridge is best known for her 13 top ten singles with The Saturdays and S Club 8 as a singer-songwriter. She rubbed elbows with hundreds of other famous faces from Take That to The Jonas Brothers during her touring years from 2001-2014.

Her bubbly and charming personality makes her a sought-after presenter and speaker, especially within the Mental Health space. A depression sufferer, Frankie spent time in a rehab facility following a mental health episode in 2011. And she works with the mental health charity MIND as an advocate.

Her own podcast, Open Mind and book ‘OPEN: Why asking for help can save your life’ start powerful conversations about mental health and support. But Frankie still appears on television for other content from Cannonball to Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway. And she nearly took the Strictly Come Dancing crown in 2014. In 2021, she finished 3rd place in the 21st series of I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here.
