Lauren Ingram is the Founder of Women of Web3, on a mission to bring more women into Web3, AI and the metaverse to ensure they don’t get left behind in the next iteration of the internet.

Lauren is an award-winning speaker in tech and a marketing veteran with 13 years of experience across digital agencies and tech companies including Meta, where she led Meta’s multimillion dollar training program for female entrepreneurs, #SheMeansBusiness. 

Lauren is also the host of the Women of Web3 Podcast, which is in the top 5% most shared podcasts in the world, and counts guests such as Martha Lane Fox CBE, Randi Zuckerberg, Nicola Mendelsohn CBE and Cathy Hackl.

Since launching Women of Web3 in 2022, Lauren has given keynotes for TEDx, VaynerMedia, and on the main stage at London Tech Week and worked with clients including Chanel, Cartier, Google, British Airways and Charlotte Tilbury. Women of Web3 has been featured in Forbes, The Guardian and Vogue Business.

Lauren is a LinkedIn Top Voice for Web3 and was selected by LinkedIn to join their Creator Accelerator Program in 2022. She is a winner of the Women in Marketing Awards, Innovation Marketer of the Year 2022, Rising Women in Crypto Power List 2022, and the WACL Talent Awards 2023. She is also a judge on the Webby Awards and Lovie Awards for the categories of Web3, podcasting, social media and AI. 

Alongside her work, Lauren has always run additional projects and side hustles, including being deputy editor of independent magazine Dodo, and creating Power Suit Social and its corresponding podcast to futureproof people’s creative careers in uncertain times.
